Madison Marquette has 10 offices throughout the United States. It works with LaSalle and Principal for financial backing. The company was founded and is run by Amer Hammour. The company redeveloped 278 Post St., in San Francisco’s Union Square. They leased stores to Nike, Cole Haan and others before selling the property. In Los Angeles, they bought an industrial block in Los Angeles on LaBrea and redeveloped the buildings into offices and retail stores.

The company manages Mockingbird Station, in Dallas. They manage a 400,000-square foot retail area in Asbury Park. They added a new boardwalk in the area. In the state of Maryland, Madison Marquette re-positioned the Shops at Waldorf and significantly increased the value of the property. In October of 2016, they started the redevelopment of the Fifth Avenue Pavilion and Band-shell in Asbury Park.

The company provides experienced marketing, including Internet Marketing to institutions and private investors in the real estate arena. The construction sector of the company helps investors plan successful developments and manage tenant leasing.
